Quick and Easy: Let’s Get Started!

Most applicant assessments are computer-based and scored using algorithms, but our assessments are different and use trained experts.

Our role-play exercises involve short interactions with expert talent evaluators (experienced organizational psychologists). These exercises reveal how candidates will behave in tricky workplace situations.

For hiring assessments, the entire process takes only one hour of the candidate’s time, including preparation and a short debrief interview. Most of this time will be on a Zoom call with the expert assessor. Developmental assessments include the one-hour exercise plus another one-hour personal interview.

Results are presented as short reports. Hiring assessment reports describe the candidate’s behavior during the exercise and the implications for their behavior as a future employee. Developmental reports also include additional behavior descriptions and recommendations for personal and career development.

All reports are available within three business days of the completed assessment.
